Brand: Olympia Werke AG, a branch of Panasonic in Germany.
Model: CD 100.
Origin: Japan.
Introduction: 1972?.
Type: Basic desktop calculator with VFD display.
Functions: 4-Basic function, constant, no memory. AC and battery operation.
Display: 9 individual VFD tubes, 8 for digits and one for indication of negative number and overflow condition.
Keyboard: 18 big stretched plastic keys, a decimal point selection (float, 0, 2 and 4 digit) and On/Off switch.
Main chips: A Texas Instruments TMS0105BNC chip with date code 7305.
Logic comments: Pseudo RPN notation, very used at the beginning of the 70s. For example: 2+3 you must type 2 += 3 +=, for 2-3 you type 2 += 3 -=.
Remarks: A compact desktop calculator with very similar design of some Panasonic calculators.
Size: 7.67 x 7.09 x 2.17 in, 195 x 180 x 55 mm.
Condition: (8/10) Very Good, minimal marks on casing, full working.
